Frequently Asked Questions

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time.

When you upgrade: You'll receive a pro-rated refund for the unused time on your current plan, and then be billed at the new plan rate. You get immediate access to all the features of your new plan.

When you downgrade: You'll receive a pro-rated refund for the unused time on your current plan, and then be billed at the lower plan rate. The change takes effect immediately.

What happens if I exceed my source limit?

We'll notify you when you hit your limit. You can either upgrade to a higher tier, add 1,000 extra sources for $600/year as an add-on, or remove sources to stay within your plan.

Do you offer discounts for non-profits or education?

Yes. We offer special pricing for qualified non-profit organizations and educational institutions. Contact us with details about your organization.

What payment methods do you accept?

For Professional and Business plans, we accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). All payments are securely processed through Recurly and Stripe.

Enterprise customers have additional payment options including purchase orders (PO), bank transfers (ACH or wire), net-30 or net-60 invoicing, and custom billing arrangements. Contact us to discuss what works best for your organization.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. Our Free plan lets you track up to 3 sources with daily checks, completely free forever. No credit card required. It's perfect for trying out Changeflow or for light tracking needs. You can upgrade to a paid plan anytime.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

When you cancel, you will be refunded for any remaining time left on your subscription. Your sources and change history will be deleted immediately upon cancellation.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. We have a fair and transparent refund policy:

  • Within 14 days of your first payment: Full refund available if Changeflow isn't the right fit for you
  • After 14 days: You'll always receive a pro-rated refund for any unused time remaining on your subscription when you cancel
